The terms address user uploads and generated content, acceptable use, service availability, account deletion, and liability limits. These terms do not make an output photorealistic, dimensionally accurate, free of third-party rights, or suitable for a listing, construction, procurement, or design decision without review.

Test occupied and empty rooms, unusual layouts, mirrors, windows, stairs, low-light images, wide-angle distortion, clutter, exterior views, and different property styles. Review walls, openings, scale, shadows, reflections, furniture clearance, and whether the model adds, removes, or changes permanent features. Keep the original image, label virtual staging conspicuously, and follow MLS, brokerage, advertising, copyright, privacy, and local disclosure rules. For procurement, verify every product, dimension, price, stock status, delivery region, and seller independently.
