PropAIdir exists to give real estate agents, brokers, and property investors an independent view of the AI tools entering their industry. Commercial relationships never determine editorial scores, verdicts, recommendations, or organic ranking positions.
Our Independence Policy
We do not sell scores, verdicts, or organic rankings. A vendor cannot pay to improve a rating, change a verdict, move up an organic list, or receive favorable editorial language.
We label the evidence behind an assessment. Research-based assessments use public sources and carry a disclaimer. A page is described as hands-on only when PropAIdir has retained sufficient testing evidence.
We keep editorial selection separate from payment. The Featured flag is an editorial-only selection. Payment, sponsorship, and affiliate status do not set that flag or change the ordering of organic tool lists.
How Commercial Services Work
- Free submissions enter the standard editorial review queue. No reciprocal link is required.
- Pro submissions purchase a faster listing workflow and publication controls. Pro does not include advertising or organic ranking benefits.
- Sponsor plans purchase clearly labeled Sponsored or AD placements outside organic rankings and editorial Featured selections.
- Affiliate links may generate a commission for PropAIdir when a reader follows the link or completes a qualifying action.
Buying a service does not buy a score, verdict, recommendation, or organic ranking position. Eligibility, factual accuracy, and editorial standards continue to apply.
Link Disclosure
Sponsored and affiliate links are disclosed at the point they appear and use appropriate commercial link attributes, including sponsored and nofollow. Standard editorial outbound links do not become commercial merely because a listed vendor later purchases a workflow service.
An approved tool may display an optional PropAIdir badge. The badge is never required, and choosing not to use it does not affect approval, editorial treatment, scores, verdicts, or rankings.
Corrections and Accountability
Vendors and readers may submit factual corrections. PropAIdir reviews correction requests against reliable evidence, but a commercial relationship does not give a vendor control over editorial language, conclusions, ordering, or publication timing.
