PropAIdir exists to give real estate professionals an honest, independent view of the AI tools entering their industry. Our editorial independence is the foundation of that promise.
We do not sell scores or verdicts. No vendor can pay to improve their rating, move up a list, or alter a verdict. Our assessments are produced independently of any commercial relationship.
We disclose what we are. Every assessment is labeled by type. Research-based assessments — built from public information rather than hands-on use — carry a clear disclaimer. We never present a research-based assessment as if it were a hands-on review. (See our /methodology page for the full two-stage model.)
We separate commerce from editorial. If PropAIdir ever introduces affiliate links or clearly labeled sponsored placements, those will be disclosed at the point they appear, and they will never influence a tool's editorial score or verdict.
The AI tools market moves fast and is full of bold marketing claims. A directory that quietly takes money to rank tools is worse than no directory at all — it misleads exactly the people it claims to serve. We would rather grow slowly with our credibility intact than trade it for short-term revenue.
