The January 2025 terms identify Clone.Space Ltd. as the provider, state that Apply Coins expire after one year, describe account deletion and retention exceptions, and require users to hold rights to uploaded photos. Users grant a limited license needed to host, copy, use, and process photos, modified works, and user data for the service. The linked privacy policy was last revised in April 2021 and covers account, device, activity, analytics, service-provider sharing, international transfers, retention, and user rights. The difference between legal-document dates and current site branding should be clarified during contracting.

Apply Design may suit real estate agents, photographers, stagers, developers, interior designers, property managers, and sellers producing clearly labeled visualization concepts. It is not an architect, engineer, contractor, surveyor, inspector, accessibility review, code check, photographer-rights clearance, MLS compliance service, advertising-law opinion, or assurance that generated geometry, condition, or marketing claims are accurate.

Compare every output with the original for dimensions, walls, doors, windows, views, permanent fixtures, surfaces, damage, accessibility, reflections, shadows, scale, and invented objects. Keep original files and disclose virtual staging wherever MLS, portal, advertising, consumer-protection, or client rules require.
