Ask the assistant for the source, transaction date, jurisdiction, building, unit, property type, registration type, area measurement, and calculation behind each answer. Recheck prices, rents, ownership, title, permits, listing availability, service charges, completion status, developer obligations, zoning, financing, taxes, and legal requirements with official records and qualified UAE professionals. Test ambiguous names, missing data, recent transactions, multilingual prompts, citations, refusals, corrections, and human escalation. Confirm privacy terms, prompt and account retention, location use, third-party AI providers, training use, deletion, security, advertising, and whether chats reach agents or sellers.
